📦 Service Fee vs. Shipping
The $19.9/$29.9 is our service fee for labor, storage, and consolidation. Domestic shipping (SF Express/ZTO) from our warehouse to your hotel is paid separately based on actual weight.
⚖️ Weight & Size Limits
Prices are per consolidated box (up to 20kg). For oversized items like bicycles or furniture, please contact us for a custom quote before ordering.
📸 Photo & Inspection
We provide clear photos of your consolidated box. Premium users get close-up photos of items to ensure color, size, and quality match the order.
🤝 Hotel Coordination
We label every box with your English & Chinese name, booking ID, and check-in date, ensuring a smooth hand-over at the hotel front desk.
