Pack2You provides parcel receiving, temporary storage, packing, consolidation, and international forwarding services only.

We do not purchase goods, process payments for goods, or verify product quality.

2. User Responsibilities

Illegal, hazardous, restricted, or counterfeit items are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited shipments.

Packing methods are determined based on safety and logistics standards. Consolidation may alter original packaging.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

All service and shipping fees must be paid before dispatch. Fees are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

Our liability is limited to the service fees paid. We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or customs actions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if false information is provided or these terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of China.
